Probiotics may help CFS symptoms
We examined whether Lactobacillus acidophilus, both in free form and loaded into floating beads, could help alleviate chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) symptoms. In our study, we used a swimming test to induce fatigue in rats and then treated them with these probiotics.

Our results showed that those treated with acidophilus experienced significant improvements in fatigue markers and reduced stress responses. The treatment even helped restore the size of immune organs. This suggests that Lactobacillus acidophilus could be a promising option for managing CFS.

Probiotics show limited CFS benefits
We aimed to understand whether specific probiotic bacteria could help those suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). The study included fifteen patients meeting established CFS criteria and assessed their fatigue and physical activity over several weeks with a probiotic treatment.

While we noted improvements in neurocognitive function, there were no significant changes in fatigue levels or physical activity scores. Interestingly, six out of the fifteen patients did report feeling better at the study's end. This suggests that while probiotics might hold promise, further research is needed to confirm their effectiveness in treating CFS.

I would definitely recommend this remedy—it delivers excellent results for digestive upset and my irritable bowel syndrome. It surpasses other products I've tried, which only offered temporary relief. If you're struggling with your digestive health, this could be the solution you need. Highly recommend it to anyone suffering.

Decreased symptoms

I believe it’s better to rotate various probiotics rather than sticking to one. I previously had irritable bowel syndrome, but after starting on these bacteria, I no longer experience diarrhoea or constipation. My husband also resolved his stomach issues with just one tablet. We are both pleased and continue using it for our health.

Personally, this product has been tremendously helpful. My major intestinal problems improved from the very first day of taking it. I now manage to eat a variety of foods instead of living on breadcrumbs and water. My husband and daughter took it as a precaution and didn’t notice any significant differences. Thank you for the opportunity to live fully again, especially considering my struggles with chronic fatigue syndrome.

No noticeable effect

I purchased this probiotic due to its positive reviews and its more affordable price compared to similar products in Brazil. However, it made no difference for my irritable bowel syndrome. My symptoms persisted without improvement, and I still deal with chronic fatigue syndrome as before.

Significant condition improvement

This probiotic is exceptionally easy to take—a single pill each day! In South Korea, it’s well-known that probiotics are beneficial for overall immunity and conditions like rhinitis and atopic dermatitis. I, along with my sibling, have suffered from atopic dermatitis and irritable bowel syndrome for years, but our frequent diarrhoea and dermatitis signs have greatly improved thanks to this product. It’s affordable and readily available, which I greatly appreciate.
